Welcome! Before you start your application, please take a moment to read the following updates and guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process.

1. 2026 Spring New Policies 春季新措施

• Semester-based Registration: Registration is now conducted once per semester. Registration will be held uniformly at the beginning of the semester. Please note that, in principle, no additional free courses will be released mid-semester.
  🗓️ 本學期起採學期制報名，於學期初統一報名。期中原則上不會再額外釋出新課程，請把握本次機會。
• Single Deposit, Multiple Courses: Good news! A single deposit of NT$2,000 covers all the courses you select for the entire semester. Feel free to enroll in more than one class!
  💰保證金一律只收一次 2,000 元，即可不受限制報名多門課程。
• Smart Planning: We encourage you to evaluate your schedule and language level carefully before applying to make the most of your learning experience.
  💪 請衡量個人時間與能力，選出最適合自己的學習計畫。

2. Application & Placement Test Process 報名與前測流程

• Step 1: After submitting this form, check your inbox for a Registration Confirmation Email. Please complete the deposit payment as soon as possible.
  📧 送出表單後請查收郵件，並盡快匯款保證金。
  
• Step 2: Once we verify your payment, we will send you the credentials for your Chinese Placement Test via email.
  🔑 確認收到保證金後，我們會寄發華語檢定前測測驗帳號給您。
  
• Step 3: Please complete the online test on your own before the specified deadline.
  ⏱️ 請務必於截止時間前，由本人自行完成線上測驗。
  
• Step 4: After completing the placement test, you will receive a course selection link. Please choose classes that fits your level and schedule within the given period.
  🧑‍🏫確認完成前測後，我們會寄發選課連結給您。請在指定時間內自行選擇適合您程度、且上課時間能配合出席的課程。
  
• Step 5: 📢 After the selection deadline, the official admission list for each course will be announced. 
  📢選課截止後，將公告各課程錄取名單。
  
  ⚠️ Notice: After the selection deadline, the official admission list for each course will be announced. 
  若課表上皆沒有符合您程度與時間之課程，請寄信告知主辦單位。我們將於學期末統一退費給您。

3. Deposit Refund Policy 保證金退費規範

To receive your refund at the end of the semester, please meet ANY ONE of the following conditions:
若欲退還保證金，請符合以下任一條件：

• Scenario 1: The overall attendance rate of ALL ENROLLED courses must reach 80% or above.
  ✅ 所有錄取的課程，加總出席率達 80% 以上。
• Scenario 2: If you are unable to attend any courses due to personal or unforeseen reasons after the placement test.
  ℹ️ 完成測驗後，若因故最終無法參加任何課程者。

⚠️ Important Reminder on Refund Schedule: All deposit refunds (including those for students who withdraw early) will be processed collectively at the end of the semester. We kindly ask for your patience as no early refunds can be issued during the term.
所有退費申請，包含因故取消者，一律於學期末統一辦理，恕無法提前退費，感謝您的理解。
