Reminder:

1. Form closes at 8:00 AM on Dec 15, 2025.
2. Promotional materials will be available for pick-up starting Dec 18, 2025.
3. Materials are limited and will be distributed based on the order of registration. Act quickly if needed.
4. You must apply for the 2026 NCHU Ambassador project. The announcement will be made in April 2026. 
5. Complete the Recipient Information form (names, photos, emails) and submit it to the 2026 NCHU Ambassador project by September 30, 2026.
