***Qualifications***

• Be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an NCHU partner institution.
• Have successfully completed at least one year of study at home institution.
• Be nominated by the Office of International Affairs or equivalent office of the home institution according to exchange agreements.

***Please notice following points before filling out：

1. Please prepare all the required documents in advance.

2. Follow the Register steps to register and submit the applications. (We have attached the information. You could find detailed instruction.)

3. Please make sure you select correct choices (PAX students please choose specific Department. Lab Exchange students please choose specific Lab. )

4. If you have any valid Language proficiency in Chinese/ English, please do not forget to upload the attachment.

5. The documents must be JPG. Or PDF. and smaller than 2MB。Please combine the same item to one document, if it more than one page.

6. Please change the Name of documents to「Name_Document Name」，For Example「YuChing_Transcripts」

7. Please notice that after you send out the application successfully, you will receive a confirmation email by our system. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it means the sending is failed.

8. You will receive a PDF of confirmed application form included in email. Please kindly send scanned file to me (yccheng@nchu.edu.tw) after finishing your and your coordinator’s signatures.
