  • Submit the final report within 2 weeks after the event.

  • Upload the photos to a cloud drive and provide the sharing link (At least 5 photos, including one group photo with OIA board)
    請將照片上傳至雲端，並提供連結。至少 5 張，需包含手拿板團體照。
  • The photos, written content, and outcome materials provided by students may be used by the Office for internal and external promotion, annual reports, and official social media platforms.

D. Reimbursement Details 報帳

▲Please scan or take photos of the receipts, upload them to a cloud drive, and provide the sharing link. ▲All receipts submitted for reimbursement must include the NCHU tax ID number (52024101). ▲Please keep the original receipts and submit them to the OIA coordinator after this form has been completed and submitted. △請先將報帳單據掃描或拍照後上傳至雲端空間，並提供分享連結。 △提供予國際處辦理報帳之發票，須載明中興大學統一編號（52024101）。 △報帳單據正本請妥善保存，並於本表單送出後，再繳交予國際處承辦人員。
